I learnt a lot about the food we eat and what they do to our body. I think about what was told when I eat. The information on why some food are bad for the body has made me stop or reduce to eat certain kind of good. Hoping to change myself better with good food for my body!

HTD session was so helpful for me. I was able to distinguish between healthy food and unhealthy food. More than that, I learnt how to manage stress, how to stop overthinking, why Sugar and maida are a big no and how to be more fit by exercising mainly i learnt the benefits of slow jogging. This session definitely brought out a big change inside me and I know I will apply whatever I learnt for my entire life. The instructors were really friendly and are always ready to help. I really hope more sessions like this will be conducted so that everyone gains the same knowledge that I did.
